This month, we’re officially ditching the “bitchy” or “mean girls” approach for support and sisterhood, not shame, both at work and in life.
Sisterhood and Community amongst women: you’re allowed to celebrate her and yourself. you’re allowed to root for her and yourself. it is so easy to let envy, comparison, and doubt seep into how we interact with one another. society says we’re catty, that we can’t be friends, that we are hyper competitive and bitchy. but that’s false, at least over here. I am working to shift that narrative. she can eat and SO CAN I. I can shine AND SO CAN SHE. celebrating one another seems to be a radical act—let’s all work together to make it the norm. we have the power to create space for one another, that support can only start with us.
We have formed the Sisterhood relationship within Thuba Pelo Mosadi Ministry.Celebrating another woman’s triumphs or success will never take away from your shine or glory
